If you compare condominium and a landed property, condominiums will be at a much lower price range. Ideally, if the same prime estate area, if you would have a choice of living in a landed property and condominium, condominium will be your top most selection as you are paying lesser, still you can enjoy all those nice scenery in those surroundings.

Price is also not the main attractive point about a condominium. There are many other advantages that come in the whole package. If you have concern about maintaining your front porch or backyard, this concern can be strike off! As there would not be any hassle of gardening. Furthermore, you will be provided a parking space so you would not need to fuss about parking space thus, you are freed from doing your driveway maintenance if you living in a landed property.

Another benefit is that you do not need to spend additional expenses i.e. maintaining your roof. If you are staying in a landed property, is your responsible in maintaining your roof make sure it does not damage due to weather conditions and you must be responsible to any exterior works i.e. paint job, replacing your windows n grilles etc. Ironically, many people do not have time or cash to do a proper maintenance of the house. Hence, if you are staying in a condominium, those above mentioned problems will be eliminated and save you from any traumatic torment.

An interesting point of getting a condominium would be that when you need to resell due to some financial needs, the process will be simple and easier as compare to a landed property. You may also have an option to rent or lease out your condominium, thus to aid your cash flow problems. Ideally, many people will opt for a condominium to a landed property due to is more convenient hence, there will be more prospective tenants. You can ask for a high price rate if your areas are near any waterfront or nature reserve.

Firstly, if you are staying in a condominium, you will enjoy many privileges where others do not get to enjoy such as- swimming pool, tennis court, table tennis room, squash and badminton court, sauna, pool table, gym and many more. All these facilities are for private use which means the public would not get to use them unless they are the residents of the condominium. If you are an avid sports lover, you will love to have all these facilities around without any disturbances. You can also invite all your friends and relatives over to the condominium estate to have a drink near the poolside.

Secondly, it is also a good investment to buy a condo because if you do not want to live in it anymore, you can rent it out at any peak seasons. Majority of the people would love to rent from you because a condominium is just like a resort. If you have any problems with your plumbing or electricity, the condominium’s management will settle them for you; thus, you can save all the hassle in hiring a contractor and wasting a lump of money again.

In conclusion, if you intend to buy or invest a property in Singapore; buy a condominium because it is definitely worth the money. But of course, select the right location.
